ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION:

Orders will take 1-2 business days (Monday thru Friday) to be completed. 

Any orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the next Business Day - Monday

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is fulfilled.
Bring a photo ID and your order number with you for in store pick-up.
When your order is completed you will receive a fulfillment notification email.
All orders placed online are filled at the ECC Bookstore. While we make every effort to honor your requests, remember to check "Please Substitute" upon checkout. If we do not have the used item you are looking for and you do not allow us to substitute a new edition, that item will be canceled.

If you plan on having your order shipped to you, please be aware of the following:

•  A signature is required upon delivery.
• It is not necessary to select "2nd business day delivery" when having items shipped locally since UPS guarantees delivery on the next business day.

Financial Aid:  Adding or dropping classes will affect your financial aid. Students will be responsible for any unpaid Bookstore balances. 

Note:  Orders for in store pick-up not picked up within two weeks will be contacted regarding a refund.  Items will be refunded less a $25.00 restocking fee.
